Rdum Tal-Vigarju, also known as Blata tal-Melh, is a dive site located in Malta that offers a unique wall diving experience. This site is particularly suited for advanced divers due to its depth and the conditions present. The average depth at Rdum Tal-Vigarju is about 25 meters, but it can extend beyond 50 meters, providing an opportunity for deep diving.

One of the main attractions of this dive site is the wall itself, which offers an extensive area to explore. Divers have noted that Rdum Tal-Vigarju is best experienced as a drift dive, although it’s important to be mindful of the current, which can be strong at times. This site is accessible only by boat, adding to the adventure of diving here.

The marine life around Rdum Tal-Vigarju includes various species that find a home among the colorful sponges and plants covering the walls. Divers can expect to see shoals of small silver fish, damsel fish, lobsters, and occasionally, groupers and dentex. The visibility at this site ranges between 20 to 40 meters, with an average visibility of around 30 meters, making it an excellent spot for underwater photography.
